UNM Judicial Education Center
Provide training seminars to magistrate court judges on the nature and dynamics of sexual violence, as well as evidentiary and sentencing issues that arise in sexual violence judicial proceedings. Develop and distribute a judicial manual on sexual assault for state and tribal judges that will improve the courts’ understanding of and responses to sexual assault.
