Service Nomination
Attached is a Nomination Application for you or someone at your agency to nominate a staff membor or a volunteer who has made a difference in the lives of victims, co-workers and/or community. Given these harsh economic times, many are not getting raises, some are getting pay and hours cut and some are losing their jobs. But you can do something to raise their morale and feelings of worth by nominating those who you think go that extra mile on behalf of victims/survivors. Please take the time to nominate one of these extraordinary people. Let them know how much you appreciate their work and their positive approach when working with you, survivors, co-workers and the community.

Please download the attached nomination, read the directions and send it in by TBD. An awards ceremony will take place at the Advocacy in Action (AIA) Conference luncheon to be held on (TBD) at the Marriott Pyramid North Hotel in Albuquerque. We have little control over most things in our jobs but we all have control about how we let others know we appreciate the great jobs they are doing. It's very nice to be recognized by your agency and acknowledged in front of your peers. As the commercial says, "it priceless".
